Bought something from ASOS and need to use ASOS returns?
Return it through us.

The simple and easiest way to return your ASOS shopping returns is through Royal Mail.

ASOS Returns:

Not everything we get from ASOS works out.
So it’s great that they offer free returns on everything they sell.
If you’ve got something you need to return, you can do it quickly and simply
with your Gale Street Post Office in Rochdale.

Create ASOS Free Returns:

You can return it for free by going to the My Orders section of your account and clicking Create Return next to the order, you’re looking to send back.

Select Item:

Please select the items you’re returning and the reason you’re returning them. All returned items should be sent in their original condition and packaging including tags.

Scan QR Code:

Your unique QR code will be emailed to you. They’ll also save your QR code to your account under My Return, Take your parcel and QR code to our Gale Street Post Office and we’ll take care of the rest.

Return & Refund:

Hold tight! It can take up to 10 working days for your order to reach their warehouse and be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. Keep hold of your proof of postage – we may need to see it at a later date

Note: Please remember that all the selected items need to be posted back in one parcel.
We recommend removing or covering your shipping label before attaching your returns label to the parcel.
