Counter is an assisted pickup service for your Amazon parcels. You can pick up your parcels from nearby retail locations like convenience stores and supermarkets, adding more choice and convenience for you.

Once you arrive, have your pickup confirmation email with the barcode ready to help reduce contact with staff and surfaces. Amazon Hub is a worldwide network of secure pickup locations for your Amazon parcels. Instead of choosing home delivery when you order, you can ship to a nearby Amazon Locker or Counter location and pick up your Amazon order when it’s convenient for you.

Lockers are self-service kiosks where you can pick up your Amazon parcels. Some Locker locations are accessible 24 hours a day, so you can pick up your parcel anytime. Counter provides an assisted pickup option inside retail locations such as convenience stores or supermarkets, where you can pick up your Amazon parcels from a store associate.

There is no additional cost to use Locker or Counter. Unlimited fast delivery to Amazon pickup locations is included with Prime. Standard delivery is FREE for all customers when choosing an Amazon pickup location. More information here.

There are two ways to select an Amazon Hub location: 1) Enter an address, zip code or landmark in the search field above to find a location near you and add it to your address book. 2) Search for a location under the shipping address section at checkout.

When you’re ready to place an order, select the Amazon Hub location as your shipping address. Once your parcel has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email with a barcode. Simply visit your selected Locker or Counter to pick up your parcel. Once you arrive, have your pickup confirmation email with the barcode ready. At Locker, you will scan the barcode yourself; at Counter the store assistant will scan it before handing you your package. There’s no need to present an ID when you pick up.

Yes, certain items can be returned to participating Lockers and Counters. Visit to start the process and find a returns location nearest you.

You have 3 calendar days to pick up your parcel from a Locker and 7 calendar days to pick up your parcel from a Counter. If you’re not able to pick up your parcel within this time frame, we’ll automatically return it for you and send you a refund.

Most items sold by Amazon are eligible for delivery to an Amazon Hub location. There are some specific limitations on items that require special handling, exceed weight or size limitations or contain hazardous materials. A full list of eligibility guidelines is available here. During check out any ineligible items will be flagged and you will not be able to select Amazon Hub for pick up of these items.

Yes. If you want someone else to pick up your parcel from a Locker or Counter, simply forward the pickup confirmation email with the barcode to that person.
