Further to branch focus article [Royal Mail collections database 22 August 2024]. Royal Mail has confirmed no changes can be made to their collections database from 27 Aug 2024 until 25 October 2024.

This means that any changes to opening hours where collections are affected will not be approved, as Royal Mail is unable to re-schedule your collection.
