Royal Mail have advised us there is an issue with their Tracked 48 Returns barcodes that have a prefix [OS].

These barcodes will not scan into Horizon.

Please advise customers they can not be currently accepted and politely refuse the parcel.

We are working on a solution to enable them to be accepted via Horizon and will let you know when this is possible.
